The institute organises adventure learning programs where students move out class and begin to learn outbound. The institution is looking forward for innovative out bound programs to enhance total personality and holistic growth.

Career orientation

A strong academic orientation lays the foundation for a life long learning, ingraining in youth the psyche of the eternal students. The orientation program enables the students to familiarize themselves with the teaching methodology and aids used in the classrooms, use of campus infrastructure, library, and computer and sciences laboratory.

The program also focuses on academic personal counseling and equips students with necessary study skills required for academic setting enabling the students to adjust to AIST teaching model.

The pedagogy

The faculty team at AIST Group as a whole has standardized its operation across the institutions employing a number of techniques to impart knowledge effectively. A combination of innovative and other routine techniques ensures that the students develop a proper understanding of various topics. The pedagogical techniques are developed with an intention of stimulating an analytical and questioning mind. Straight lectures are given to cover curriculum content and are backed up by other tools to improve understanding.

Business games are other device that put the students in tight situations and compel them to make appropriate decisions within the constraints of available time and resources.

Student’s presentations make the student to work in teams, learn team work and achieve the desired results while taking the team along the desired objectives.

Group discussions are simulations for real life corporate meetings and board room discussions. The technical or general aspects of management are dealt with as students gain important inputs in group dynamics, conflict resolution ,and professional conduct.
